Awarded for the #Stickers4Twickers campaign that we ran for Premiership Rugby which increased their social media reach from 6.1m to 48m.
We have been shortlisted for the 2014 Wirehive 100 Awards in the Best Content Creation category for our work with Textlocal. We will find out in October if we are triumphant – fingers crossed!
Deloitte Fast 500
We are always delighted to be recognised in the ‘Deloitte Technology Fast’ listings due to the quality of companies that feature in the list. This year we made it into the European Fast500 – great for the VL Digital brands to gain exposure at this level.

Following our 7th place position in 2012, we are delighted to have moved up a couple of spaces to number five in 2013. This league table aims to promote the best digital talent in the South and drive recognition for their hard work, creativity and innovation.
Best Digital Marketing Campaigns in the World
Not exactly an award but almost more exciting, our social media case study, ‘Where irrelevant content is totally relevant‘ has been included in, ‘The Best Digital Marketing Campaigns in the World‘.
It was selected by a panel of judges from Google, HSBC and the BBC and features alongside the likes of Evian’s ‘31 ways to live young’ and Red Bull’s incredible skydive.
The book’s author, Damian Ryan, said: “We were looking for campaigns which show real understanding of the target audience with measurable results. In particular we want to see campaigns from advertisers and agencies who have demonstrated brilliance with small budgets.”
The book – the first edition of which was a best seller on Amazon and translated into seven languages – is available to buy on Amazon from March 2014.
Content Marketing Awards
Awarded for “Best Use of Facebook in a Content Marketing Program” for our Britain’s Best Office Dog campaign by the globally recognised Content Marketing Institute.
The campaign yielded some impressive results including an increase in Facebook reach of 4495% and a rise in engagement levels from 5% to 40%. However, the actual aim of the campaign was to prove that, for your content to get results, it doesn’t necessarily have to be relevant to your line of business as long as it is interesting enough to your audience.Read the full case study here

Deloitte Fast 50
We are delighted to announce that we have been included in Deloitte’s UK Technology Fast 50. Now in its 15th year, these awards celebrate the most successful companies within Britain’s technology industry. Rankings are based on revenue growth over the last five years and highlights that VL Digital is one of the nation’s fastest-growing companies, despite a backdrop of economic uncertainty.
We are pleased to announce that we have been ranked seventh place in the Wirehive 100 Digital Agency League. The awards celebrate innovation within the digital marketing agency industry in the South East (outside of the M25).
